Aprilia Scarabeo 250cc - What happens when your scooter is stolen in NYC and recovered a year later? 

My beloved Aprilia scooter was stolen. A year later, thanks to the NYC Stolen Motorcycles forum on Facebook, I got it back. Unfortunately, it has a lot of small damage. Will it start though?
