Thank you again for these videos. They are very helpfully shot and your explanations are crisp and clear. My valve adjustment was yet another project that I was able to accomplish myself with your video as a guide. There is not a lot out there on these head-turning and fun-riding scooters, but I’m hanging onto mine as long as I can!

Well done! I maintained a 50cc scooter (Piaggio Fly) for my daughter several years. It was a pain, even the smallest job takes forever because of plastic everywhere. You will enjoy getting back to fixing 'normal' bikes after this! 😊 I have just started posting videoes of my CB400 cafe racer project, feel free to take a look at my channel. Ich lade meine Motorradbatterie mit einem AEG-Ladegerät. Es gibt zwei Modi, einen für 6V 3,5A und den zweiten Modus für 12V und 7A. Ich habe zuerst den ersten Modus ausprobiert, aber er zeigte einen Fehler an und ließ sich nicht aufladen. Den zweiten Modus habe ich auf 12V und 7A eingestellt. Der Ladevorgang hat begonnen. Vorher habe ich etwas destilliertes Wasser hinzugefügt. Es hat ein wenig gefehlt. Es ist sehr heiß hier und wenn ich 30 Minuten im Stau stehe, überhitzt es. Meine Aprilia Scarabeo 500 2003 ist so gut wie neu. Wie aus der Fabrik. Ich kann den Lüfterschalter am Kühler nicht finden. Wo findet er Frostschutzmittel? Ich möchte das Einschalten des Lüfters erzwingen, um eine Überhitzung zu vermeiden. Was soll ich in dieser Situation tun?
@@gk7619 Du siehst in meinen Videos, wie ich den Kühler auffülle. Du meinst hoffentlich Kühlflüssigkeit statt Frostschutzmittel. Frostschutzmittel benutzt man nur im Winter. Diese Flüssigkeit kühlt viel schlechter als Kühlflüssigkeit. Wenn du deine Batterie mit destilliertem Wasser auffüllst und auflädst, ist es wichtig, dass du die Kappen der Batterie während des Ladens entfernst. Das Wasser muss verdunsten können (es wird auch während des Ladevorgangs blubbern). Ich hoffe, es klappt alles! (Den Lüfterschalter weiß ich leider nicht, wo der ist).

If it is a little bit, that's ok. If it is a lot, it could be anything. To hard to tell without having the scooter here. Try to search on specific forums.
Plus I did this job before and now my scooter don't wanna start with 12w battery. I need start my car and start scooter with cables. So I did mistake with valves.
Just buy a Haynes Workshop Manual. Well worth the money. Step by step how to reach the valves, all the clearances and very impartant, all the torque specifications. Otherwise how will you tighten your nuts and bolts back if your don't know the torque?!
You can very well make several mistakes without a proper workshop manual. It's nearly impossible to do without. But not wanting to start on it's own battery power could indicate to a weak battery... Always charge it on the background while you're working on the bike. You disconnect it anyway right?
@@chiefpepdesign I bought new battery. But scooter starter don't have power to turn motor. Starter are new. Anyway I need download book for this scooter. Another quotation. If IN 0.08 so ex must be 0.16?
