How can you say to someone that hi not good . And first. Make too your self good and come to point in other . the fact is his mock interview is actually great.. interview panel doesnot look for someone who could give ideal or best answer but someone who is genuine honest and ethical.. and watching this interview, the candidate seemed so honest and down to earth which is exactly what the commision is looking for..

No need to be disheartened. He'll become a motivation to all the backward caste people who doesn't have access to proper facilities. thereby, hope to get an improved product in the near future because the other generation who's from backward region is watching him and they'll be better prepared.
