This is my favorite light of all time. Let me explain.
The Aputure 600D Pro is bright, and I mean, bright. I can light this entire podcast setup, and I don’t even need to turn it up to 100%.
The one thing I will say is the transformer has a fan, so if you’re recording audio you will hear the fan if you are right next to it (like under a foot or 2), but generally, this isn’t an issue.
There are a ton of other features like variable dimming controls, but to be honest, I don’t really use them.
The travel cases work great, even on planes.
Overall, this light is amazing, and that’s why

I have the 120d mark II and I have attached it to the light dome on the stand. Any suggestions to keep the dome from weighing down the light on the stand. It won’t stay upright 😢

Hey! Just so I understand, when you put the light dome on the stand, since it's pretty heavy, the stand start to bow or fall over? If so, I would recommend: - Putting a sandbag on the bottom of the stand, to weigh it down - Put the transformer near the bottom of the stand, so all the weight is at the bottom - Don't fly it as high, so it doesn't bow as much - Or try a different stand. I typically use a c-stand over a normal light stand, because they are stronger, and can hold more weight.
