If it’s any help: Compliance is short term and the shallowest form of conformity. You tend to publicly agree with everyone but privately disagree and it’s a form if normative social influence Internalisation is long term when you publicly and privately change your thoughts and beliefs because you believe that the group is genuinely right, causing you to also believe them. @@Art-vs6vx you year 13? I won't lie sleep is more important than last mij revision. Should try and get at least 7. I'm used to getting around 5 hours ever since I was 9 but on exam days I try for at least 7. Physics and maths tutor have some really nice notes asw. I look at them while walking to school on test days
