He's the man we often hear laughing during livestreams ^^

his name is yoshihara junpei (吉原じゅんぺい) and he is a director/script-writer for programs aside from LL livestreams, he also handles aqours's uraraji and aikyan's personal talk program (and he laughs the same over at aikyan's program as well lol)
