@Azusa Airi He is Kyouhukou from Overlord. He is an area guardian of the Black Capsule (A room which is very hidden to outsiders) on the second floor. There are some traps in the Tomb of Nazarick which teleports the invaders into his Black Capsule where basically his family (thats what he calls his army of cockroaches) devours the invaders. Other than that they commit cannibalism. Despite how this explaination makes him sound like he has one of the highest karma among the guardians. He speaks politely to everyone, hears out the circumstances even if he is going to reject it and often helps out Nazarick residents like Hamsuke if they get lost.

@Azusa Airi He made his first appearence in ple ple pleades series then later appeared in season 3. Meaning: he have appeared 1 time (2 times if you count the ple ple pleades) during the anime. It's normal for you to not remember him especially if its been awhile.

Scarily enough, in Overlord anyone who gets tortured by Kyouhukou gets eaten by cockroaches inside out then healed spotless by a healing potion. Victims get traumatized so bad they refuse to eat solid food for weeks, months, or even years.

so essentially they were buried into this pit of insects which moves constantly on them as a punishment. no need to imagine other things since by the rules of that world no damage can be done to anyone and the teachers are especially bind by those rules. if they had insects in their mouth is of course since they were screaming.
