@@HollyClementinehis name is literally 愛久愛海 (Akuamarin), hell long and hard to pronounce in Japanese :v So he want people just call him アクア (Akua) :v While 瑠美衣 (Rubii) is obviously less weird (still weird than normal name but it's Ai naming so =))))), she also have nickname ルビー (Rubii)

I think the joke was that silly names are called "kirakira" (sparkly) in japan, so they have "sparkly" names similar to their eyes lolol. Still a strange name😭😭, but in the US "Jade" or "Amethyst" as a name is popular. I'm probably wrong though...
