The Nature Conservancy in Virginia is working with four oyster aquaculture growers to measure ecosystem services around their operations in the Chesapeake Bay. The research study conducted by the Virginia Institute of Marine Science will focus on developing a 3-D view of several metrics that contribute directly to water quality and water clarity.
