r u still active? i hve aquaguard marvel simple model. the website doesnt hve any cartridge for that model. what shld i order? will catridges of other model work? I mean they r just filters.

I have same model. I booked service request, serviceman came and changed LDR, but still after 1ltr the water flow stops, red light blinks and then goes to yellow. No water flows. Again I've switch off and on to wait for green light. Sometimes water flows normally, sometimes not...
maybe a problem with the pressure switch or pcb board components ask the service person to re check and when ldr is out is blue light is visible or not from the ldr hole.
There is removable black plastic tray which comes with this water purifier, that can work as drip tray, it has a hole on one side where you can connect a pipe to drain dripping water.
Check if you have turned on the water supply valve. And check if you have fitted everything properly. Check if the light sensor is properly inserted inside the slot in the uv tube.
Thank for solution, but my blue is glowing, cleaned ldr and inserted , now I am getting red alarm after green light.. earlier was getting red alarm at the starting itself ..any help is appreciated
there is no blue led light in this model. are you sure it's the same model? probably jammed/clogged spun & carbon filter cartridges, first do a back flush if works then good otherwise try to clean them both after opening top cover by rotating counter clockwise, pull out spun filter and clean with brush and warm water. then re fit if that doesn't work buy new cartridge.
then probably the uv light is not working.. check if you can see blue coloured light coming out of the LDR holder or not if no light from it then UV light needs replacement. If you can see blue light but still red led beep then you'll need to replace the LDR.
