This is the only post-Justice League DC movie that I found incredibly entertaining, because it's basically like James Wan, a child of the 80's, is still smashing his toys together and screaming BOOM! BANG! POW! OCTOPUS PLAYING DRUMS! except the toys are actors and he has millions of dollars for the explosions, haha. In EVERY instance that the enemy attacks, a wall just explodes for some reason. It's amazing.

Tbh they aren’t. Atlanteans having an absolute monarchy makes perfect sense. Atlanteans with royal blood are faster, stronger, and can breathe air unlike regular atlanteans. It makes sense that they should rule since they are literally much more genetically superior.

It's perfectly reasonable that there are good fighters among the atlanteans that aren't major characters. This is actually a problem in major movies, they make the protagonist and villain strong by making everyone else suck at their job.
