This Tower happened months ago, followed by alot of clean up work and stress..still in healing/ releasing. Feeling free and in excellent spirits! Just had surgery, so will be active in movement soon. I’ve been a landscaper for 25 yrs. I took a job as a cemetery groundskeeper 2 years ago because an old coworker is the superintendent. I have 2 coworkers with no experience. I’ve been handling 65% of work while 2 others handle 35% together. I’ve been very dedicated, dependable, loyal and hardworking. I finally approached my ‘boss’ (an old friend) about why he makes excuses for the other two guys. Then, I found out that these two guys are making more money than I am. My ‘boss’ is no friend and it’s disappointing. He’s been gaslighting the hell out of me. He’s has attention seeking issues and very narcissistic. I don’t want to be there anymore. I deserve better and I am not sure what to do now?
Don’t be tied to any unhealthy relationships. Start looking for a new job….you have 25 years of experience you can also start a business on the side until you cut ties. You have the skills but what about faith. Also keep your business to yourself since there is obviously no loyalty around.
