So spot on. Especially when you talked about "you're working a job where you love the people you work with and don't want to leave them". I just interviewed for a new job and if I get hired it will be hard to leave this team but at the end of the day, you know what is good for you. And like you said, these people can still remain in your life 💟

Wow. I live with a very inflexible person, who I've come to learn is a narcissist. This makes plenty of sense, and yes, the choice is getting far more clear all the time. Decades later - I'm starting to move towards my own enthusiasm, and real energy, as you mention.
