All my life I've attracted narcissists, especially in romantic relationships. As a result, I've never married or had children, which had been my wish fulfillment. I gave up on that wish ever being granted 14 years ago. And then I met an actual soulmate 2.5 months ago. Turns out, he is married, bi-polar and has strong narcissistic traits. He only offered me a FWB/situationship which I refused. I want MY person, not just A person who is utterly unavailable. This weekend he contacted me out of the blue to launch a barrage of malicious, delusional, unfounded accusations at me designed to destroy my character and allow him "an exit strategy" from this connection. I'm done. This was the final straw. I finally accept I am not meant to have a healthy, loving, mutually supportive love connection where I am equally given to. Or given to at all, frankly. I've blocked this option. I'm no longer willing to entertain any future love options because it's been nothing but the same person/different body for 40 years. And this last possibility was the most cruel to date. I learned the lesson. I am meant to walk alone.
