For anyone who needs it: I realized ….wait…”my inner child is the one that feels that way. Ohhhhh, that’s what I need to re-examine and get past”. Had a bunch of old, old wounding that resurfaced and played out as a lesson. Grateful, because triggers are our friends, but dang is it exhausting when something hits deep and it happens a few times where trust and confidence gets chipped away at big time. So….incase it helps (I’m a shaman and working intuitive in the collective so I’m fiercely serious about handling this ish if something surfaces. It’ll play out in what we attract through every single day until the energy body and the 3D brain releases mindsets)….I went back to each section of my ages regarding attachment style formation & changes. 0-2 (subconscious programming), 2-8 (formation of the bulk of core consciousness human development programming), 8-21 for the rest(25, for males at birth and 21 for females at birth). Took inventory of my life again but this time like a research paper and voice memos and notes for reference incase certain trigger randomly pops up in patterns again based on similar behavior from anyone yesterday onward. Attachment styles can be healed and changed over time, and triggers if something feels traumatic enough regarding anything that could relate back to attachment style issues. So that’s the place I go to for any inner child healing within and best strategies for myself regardless of what else society suggests. I usually approach things differently and in nuanced ways that fit for me personally rather than societal mold approaches. With attachment styles and healing inner child stuff, what’s crucial to look at from astrology chart placements in terms of healing at the deep level connected to emotions, love, connection, and accountability of ourselves would be a few areas and try to make sure to know your birth time so that will give full information: Moon sign and what house it’s in(emotions, so watch Ali’s moon sign readings too if that helps).
