How does she keep her legs from floating? I'm just started Monday and my legs float to the top. My therapistherapist is having me wear my KAFOs in the pool and it weighs my legs done some but he has to hold onto the kafo some too to keep my feet on the bottom of the pool

Adipose tissue (fat) floats because of the buoyancy. Muscle (dense tissue)/KAFOs) sink. To get legs to not float use 10lb. ankle weights on each leg. A weighted waist belt will help too.
