I'm Malaysian but when I saw the moment Thailand got 3rd place.. my eyes be like : oh no, who's cutting onions here? They already know that in Asean diving, 1st and 2nd place will be held by Malaysia and Singapore.. but they work hard to compete other countries to get at least a 3rd place.. and their effort finally not betrayed them.. The important thing is they're still a medallist.. uWu The moment when their coaches and teammate celebrating and hugging each other, it got me like 'awwwww they're so sweet and supporting' 🥺 Congrats Thailand for bronze medal.. Congrats Singapore for silver medal.. And a big congrats to my own beloved country Malaysia for gold medal.. ❤️ Love Asean ❤️🇲🇾🇸🇬🇮🇩🇧🇳🇹🇭🇵🇭🇻🇳🇲🇲🇱🇦🇰🇭❤️ - I know this is an old video.. it's about 6 years ago.. but is it wrong for me to watch it now? - 😅
for info Malaysian divers are world standard, they sometimes rank second or third in Fina world championship behind china, canada or australia, ,Pandalela Rinong was bronze medalist in London ölympics 2012
And Cheong Jun Hoong was a gold medalist in World Aquatics Championship in Budapest, Hungary 2017.. It was the most great achievement of her that she held the tittle of World Champion at that time.. ❤️
Scores J1 to J6 are execution score( Splash), J7 to J11 are synchronization score. Score system is Drop high and low score of J1 to J6 and left 2 scores, Drop highest and lowest score of J7 to J11 and left 3 scores. (red colour is dropped) The 5 raw scores is multiplied by the degree of difficulty. The total score is then multiplied by 3/5, or 0.6 for the total award on the dive. This time, PHI team for exmaple: (4.5+4+7.0+6.5+7.0)*2.0*0.6=34.80
As an ex international diver good on the girls for doing there best hey we are not all olympians it is at the grass roots that the top divers come from
Started life when young as a springboard diver myself.was at nz champs level for some years. Yes I can still do the two and a half sommersault with a double twist not to the level of excelence I used to though. It is a great sport.
I'm about to go up a swimming competition and I always like seeing these types of videos since I'm in a swim team Lynwood Marlins and yeah wish me luck 🍀
I hv followed SEA Game diving for long, this time we see many young bloods showing up, a significant rise in the region's standard especially Singapore whom has put a lot of effort in this event, nevertheless compared to those Diving Superpower like China, Australia, Canada, England etc, all aspects need to be polished, Malaysia divers are clearly ahead of others, a good reference for the rest to follow
the winning point is on the sharpness of landing which is determined by the splash of the water, the less splash is the better chance of getting points
Aamir Leong thumbs dude. but whenever I saw her in competition, she always nervous and give bad entry. But Loh Zhiya Yi is better than her even though Loh is junior than her. I hope Traisey will improve her entry in future. Love Traisey Vivien.
To the people who keep complaining about the Philippine's unfair scoring, if you were to take note there are different judges with different points, so for synchronisation they have judges specifying for them which gave them their score of syncing in which they did so they had a pretty decent scores. However this sport is also not just about the synchronising part, there's also the diving part(aka executions) their Low scores came from their executions, which in my opinion I don't think was well done, their entries had huge splashes which is a Nono in this sport. So ya.. Jus wanna state my opinion correct me if I'm wrong please!!
Until dive no 4 , Philippines team still at same difficulty of 2.0 while others team already increase their difficulty....that difficulty also count for the final point.....
@@icebear8582 that's like asking why alot of christians eat pork even when Jesus (pbuh) said on the book efesus 5:18 "don't drink alcohol" but why most of the Christians eats pork?? It's not gonna be all of them that will follow the command of their God because we are human, we make mistakes alot....
Agree more training talaga ang kailangan ng Pilipinas sa synchronizing diving sports... Paano kinuha ni Drilon ang pundo para sa athletes ng Pilipinas ha ha 🤑
I dont understand why the Philippines got score ranging to 4.0 to 5.0. Some of their jump are well synchronized. Do you score people's shouting as well or maybe because there are no judge from the Philippines.
Mario Brothers i think its because some of their dives made too big of a splash. .(even though their dives were well synchronized ) thats how they got those scores.
It's OK mga kababayan qng hnd tau nanalo sa diving,at least our divers do their best at kita ntn iyon na magaling talaga sila. Babawi nalang tau sa BOXING,jejejeje...
China score dalam acara ni 55,,,Malaysia 49,,?,,,kena banyak latihan lagi utk menyaingi China,,,Malaysia memang banyak bakat dalam acara bergini,,,teruskan utk Lawan China nampaknya hanya Malaysia saja yg bolih menyekat kemaraan China ,,,negara2 Asean yg lain Nampak nya terlalu jauh utk mrnyaingi China,,good job Malaysia team exspcially Pandalela Rinong,,,
+Shaputra Hapangalayo banyak lah kou punya talent,,,,review FINA arounds the worlds championships Diving,,never and never see Indonesia at this Level,,,ASIA countries enter this only China,,Korea,,Australia,,Japan Malaysia and ,,this is worlds Diving standart beside Canada,Russia ,US and UK,,
@@bimba-lola8910 jangan buat malu Malaysialah..
