The product looks good but no pricing or anything anywhere, not even on the web site. If it is anywhere, it's nowhere obvious. Basically "order it and we'll charge you what we think it's worth". No thanks. I'm 100% positive you've lost customers over this. I'm sure comments will be things like "what price do you believe accounts for accuracy" or "our premium products require a premium price" or some other foolishness. If it's not such a big deal to those that fall in line with such thinking, then why not be up front about the price?
