Ara Malikian began studying the violin at an early age with his father. He gave his first concert at the age of 12 and when he was 14 he was invited to study in Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover in Berlin. At 15 he was the youngest student to be admitted in this school. Later he continued his studies in the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, at the same time receiving lessons from professors Franco Gulli, Ruggiero Ricci, Ivry Gitlis, Herman Krebbers

I hope where ever he is from somebody could tell him that this music is by Antonin Dvorak. By the way this guy has the potential to play really well if he does get professional instructions and proper education. He is not bad at all on the bow control and rich sound, vibrato, technique....
@assa123assa123 I can't help but laugh at your comment that Armenians pretend to be gypsies these days. I guess it's an "In" thing. And yes this is a piece by Dvorak. I don't find any gypsy element in this music except the hairdo of the soloist and some changes in the rhythm.
