I find a shop in #Madinah #Al #Munawara where he is doing #Arabic #Calligraphy on the choice of your praying mat available for this purpose.
You can tell him what ever name you want to write on the pray mat. Price of each pray mat is 15 Saudi Riyals, that include the price of the pray mat along with calligraphy work.
At this shop they not offer to write name in English, only Arabic names will be write upon your request.
This shop is near to the #Masjid #Ghamama, see link below to reach that place, also you can find similar type of shops if you are staying on the side of gate # 22, 23 (new gate numbers of Masjid e Nabavi).

Is it permissible to customize name on prayer mat? Many say that customizing name on prayer mat is like you are praying someone else or yourself.

Nahi pata .. aap apnay muftee ko follow krain .. main kuch bhe nahin kahon ga ka theak hai ya nahin .. ya naam ka likhna buhaat common hai yahan per .. kafi shops per aap ko ya nazar aay gaa .. shukriya.

Once to reach to Masjid E Ghama near to Masjid Nabawi .. head towards hotels .. come to KFC just after Masjid E Ghama .. move forward towards hotels .. try to find gold shop "Sama Dubai for gold" .. its the 1st corner shop come once the hotel start & this gold shop is under the hotel "Sama Almasi" .. almost opposite to it .. you will find this gift shop easily ..
