Against Arachne? Defo not, he lacks the kiting potential to deal with Arachne + if she throws webs down good luck being invis. Plus loki's 3 is the only good way to deal with broodlings and that's also his main damage source nowadays.
In all my stars of duel Arachne I'm not sure I've ever gotten a kill with her ult itself 🤔 that was pretty good. It sucks for two reasons having the invade early is always rough on Arachne because it's such free XP unless they try to deny you. Then fighting mages early game with Arachne. It's a tough one.
