Aramark Facilities Services 

What happens behind the scenes is that your “facilities services” people, custodians mainly, are treated with zero respect, are not valued, and are worked like slaves for the amount of pay they receive. Not only doing custodial work but also shoveling snow (without any provided gear to keep warm which makes it worse), salting icy sidewalks, pressure washing outsides of buildings, raking leaves and doing other outside tasks when there are grounds crews at every Aramark location/campus, forced to work in harsh conditions without management caring (flooded buildings with zero heat and treading through 6 plus inches of water with no extra clothes, shoes, or socks in dead winter because the heat was turned off to save money, forced to also do the jobs of several other people, maintenance such as climbing ladders and changing light bulbs that are high up, cleaning windows at unsafe heights as well, 1st shift is made to do much more difficult, strenuous work than 2nd and 3rd, not to mention they’re usually completely understaffed, etc.. D- on the BBB scale, not accredited. I used to enjoy working for Aramark, until I saw their true colors. I’m proud to say I’ll NEVER go back.
