Arbeiter Brewing Goes Julebukking for the Holidays! 

The fifth of 2023’s 12 Beers of Christmas is the wickedly playful Julebukk Dark Cherry Imperial Stout from Arbeiter Brewing Company. A big beer dark as the winter solstice sky, named for the Scandanavian holiday tradition of julebukking, which is sort of a cross between Christmas caroling and trick-or-treating done during the holiday season.
