Arcade 1up Star Wars Pinball support Part 2 - The Return of the PCB 

There's a guy here in Southern California, selling his Star Wars pinball for only $100 because it won't power on at all. I'm glad I came across your video and all the comments stating that the PCB is not currently available from Arcade1up! 😬

Hey everyone, I wanted to add something. My pinball machine went down back In January. Customer support was fast. They were out of parts. Fast forward to a week ago. I finally got my PCB sent to me. Now first thing I noticed is it’s different from the old one. The new ones say VO3 instead of VO2. The metal box it comes with is different. It has 1 different plug in too. The main cable is no longer useable on the new PCB. They sent me a new cable for it. They also make you switch out the other board that has all the controls going to it. The new ones has a different layout but they give you instructions how to make sure it matches. I hope this helps anyone!! Heat gun is definitely needed for that pesky glue

When I bought my MvC2 cabinet the plexiglass was damaged over the monitor, so I put a ticket in immediately and Marta Fabbri from the European support desk has been very helpful. I've now been waiting over 6 months for a replacement LCD plexiglass, the part is on back order with no estimated time of delivery. I keep asking for an update every month, but still no news ... other than that when I've had issues with my other A1Up cabinets the timing of getting things resolved has been excellent, especially when sending out replacement parts.

Arcade1up customer support wasn't interested when I contacted them about the same issue as this with my Marvel Pinball, just said it was out of warranty so tough luck, have to wait until they start selling spares parts in the future if I want to buy one to get it working again, don't think I should be paying for a common know fault with their product. My only option is just to mod it, can't be that difficult, I will give it go. 🛠️🤔

New PCB arrived in good time and was simple enough to install. All in all I was very pleased with the level of customer support in this. Have you guys any stories, good or bad, with dealing with Arcade 1ups support?

I have been waiting for a pcb for six months now what a joke arcade 1 up sucks don’t buy one.
