i always used to play with mummy commando, he had the best special attack. the ending is the best when you hear that half hearted "captain commando" lol
I love the soundtrack, especially the first levels. It`s so damn rockin'! I would like to hear the Shtroms boss theme gettin` redone by a real live band. That would reach whole new levels of awesomness ;).
The latter may ring true for his walk animation, but Crimson Viper might be his mother and Dean from Final Fight 3/Tough might be his father, Marcel Weber.
I still have this game on my Super Nintendo what a great game and so close to the Arcade it is a faithful port to the 16 Bit Snes try it you won't be disappointed one to own for collectors like me out there get it as it is RARE now on the Snes
I agree, but you know what's funny? That Cyber Blue was never included in a VS. series game. And I'm also surprised that Cyber Blue has never met Capt. Commando...
I'd love a rerelease of both, a sequel and they might as well combine the universes. I think Battle Circuit and Captain Commando would compliment each other nicely.
Captain Commando was last seen as a assist in project X Zone 2. This character needs a reboot or at least as DLC for marvel vs Capcom infinite. I mean Capcom has a lot of characters from different series that are just there doing nothing with them.
It's a pity Dat games like Captain Commando and Cadillac and Dinosaurs were not included on PS2 compilation discs..theyre were edited on Play 1 CDs? In 4:44 the boss I like a lizard and I wonder if this was the origin of Blanka character from STREET FIGHTER...
this was 20p at my local leisure centre and in many skeg/welsh arcades. to this day id say its my favourite side scroller with streets of rage. i preferred this over simpsons and turtles. they were 30p as well lol
@shiroma3084 CAPTAIN COMMANDO AND HIS TEAM GOING TO NINJA HOUSE , HOKAGE HOUSE LOL HELPING TSUNADE KICKING NINJA BUTTS GREAT, THIS IS WHAT HOKAGE HOUSE LOOKS LIKE STAGE 3
"This game is for use in all countries *EXCLUDING* the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, AND Japan!?!" This was a Capcom game! Where the hell was it played then!? The UK!?!?
different versions of the game were released at that time, each version was aimed at a certain country. just like street fighter (world warrior 1991 etc)
I don't see how anyone can do a playthrough and not get hit. I cant beat the game without dying like a million times. I do well for a while but certain parts just obliterate me.
Don't know if You know that if you do 'punch+punch+punch+stop ½ sec.+punch...You can continue your usual melee combo till your opponent is down...xcept Bosses...or maybe you did it just 4 fun...anyways Thanks 4 the remember!
