The enemies our heroes fight against look like some people I use to know like Axl, Slash, Hollywood, Jake, and Bred. I enjoyed playing this game myself and I still do.
Game was in pakistan too ... a very famous one...when there was a Wood Cabin like Games were attached to the Cabin and we used to insert Coins for playing the Games , My All childhood went throgh with these games...so many great memories... And in this video Guys played like a legends. Well played Guys.
Great game i playing this game in the year 1992 1993 in arcade in my country costa rica this Final Fight and Street Fighter II and Super Street Fighter II Turbo was Amazing epic
Damnd could be considered a swear word and Sodom.......well that speaks for itself. The girls were changed becasue women can't fight apparently and were replaced by Billy and Sid in the SNES game. I'm pretty sure we got the US version here in the UK with all the changes too.
Also interesting the mayhem here with the 2 players how long it took to loose a life... I used to be a master of this game in my teens.. complete it on 2 credits with Cody.. if my mate comes down (he used to be ok ) and play it on the mame cabinet with the 2 of us my arse gets kicked early on.. think my cabinet is on its hardest setting too I have to walk round to grab an opponent not head on.. The piledrivers also get to me how they take off less energy like the bad guys get used to it...
That's the hommage to Andre the Giant. Cody is somewhat simillar to Tom Cody of Streets of fire. They've also included Slash, Axl and some other 80's icons.
FF have bad playabless. Have many defects - sometimes actions work, sometimes not. Fights with bosses is very irritating - hit them is fucking random (Sodom, ROLENTO!!!!). It´s stereotype - all enemies we see already in 2nd level (level 5 and 6 are boring as fuck)! Etc. etc. etc. Open your eyes. Many beat ´em up games are much playable, much entertaining. Captain Commando, Cadillacs and dinosaurus, Streets of rage 2, Night slashers....
This game took me about five quarters or so to finish it with a second player. Wrestle Fest took me about two quarters max. Usually one would be enough to end the game.
You watch it and you feel like going after Roxette - "It's almost unreal". (even the music at the end when Haggar talks to Jessica is a little similar :) ) Guy was slightly better during the game in my opinion, but Haggar's end was a masterpiece. Anyway, that was absolutelly briliant guys.. Guys and Haggars.. I mean :)))
Fisrt stage with Cody on XBOX ONE X with Lord Conrad from Italy, gameplay with italian accent hahaha: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VwyKK50KgU4.html
Final Fight CD is better than Final Fight, and Streets of Rage 2 is better than Final Fight 1+2+3 on SNES. Streets of Rage 1 has great sound, but terrible graphics, Streets of Rage 3 has terrible sounds, but good graphics and story and stuff.
Final fight was the original beat 'em up.. Streets of rage followed suit by copying it. Streets of rage 2 was a great game but still not as good as Final fight. This game was the best beat 'em up EVER.
One of my few complaint about this game is that I thought Guy could have been a bit better with the swords but he just hacks like everyone else. The weapons could have been a little more specialised but it's a tiny moan in an otherwise phenomenal game!
When I play this, I like to think that I'm not the hero but rather the aggressor. Just some lone nut who went on a murderous rampage and started attacking innocent people in the crowd. Them enemies are just normal people who are bravely trying to fight, in vain, a monster on a brutal murder spree. You know, just like the Mario Bros.
excelent gameplay but I must say one thing: On the first stage Haggar enters first,Guy enters second, change of scenario,Guy is who enters first and break the door.¿Wtf Logic?
temarishi another wtf moment,on the Bar,the andore catchs you up and Guy only follows him,why not? maybe we gain some sugar I am your neighbour! hahahaha
I like sor too. However I know Sega was trying to compete with Nintendo. So to hype sales the Sega ceo wanted a slam dunk. He ordered sor 2 to be more like final fight ( because of its success previously). Still love the original. This was a game I would watch others play when I ran out of quarters.
