all, most, some of the backgrounds (environments) in OutRunners looked or seemed inferior vs in Out Run 2

And one of the most underrated racing games of all time. I can understand not appealing to the Sega Genesis version; it gets annoying having to steer to only one angle because of the buttons, but when you play the arcade version with the steering wheel, it's much more fun, IMO.

And looking at Mad Power, the male of the duo looks like Michael Jackson as he appeared in the Moonwalker arcade game. Don't know who the female is, though.

@@jeremyriley1238 If you look below in the comments, I posted an updated version of this one about two years ago because youtube comment posting was different back then. I had to post in two separate comments because of that 10 years ago. Here's what I said with the updated version noting I couldn't find the source to support it. Mad Power - Lambo Diablo - Lisa Marie Presley\Micheal Jackson (In an article after MJs death, Lisa was quoted for having driving around MJ in Lambo Diablo during their relationship. MJ didn't like driving either and I can't find the article on the internet even at the time of my original post.) So yeah you're right it's MJ. Some people still gravitate to this original comment because they assume it's all I have. Just about every character and car combination is based on a real life persons or in the case of two cars historical fictional characters.

So bad that Outrunners wasn't ported to Saturn/PSX or Dreamcast. A lost chance, btw Gen port is not terrible if we count exclusive the Extra mode and the Virtua Racing Formula

Yeah, the original outrun is quite boring. Why do they keep making news ports of that one :(

Daytona USA 2 is in the same boat, No Home Ports or getting the same treatment that happened with PSN and Xbox Live for the original Daytona USA

Ashwath Nair Had a Genesis port which forced a split-screen vs. mode even if playing 1 player. And apparently the CPU would never ever botch. They might run slower, but they’d never screw up a turn.

So the guy tried to ask out the lady after she won, but as we can see, she is clearly taken. She deemed it disrespectful to ask her out when she clearly has a partner. She throws that guy and kisses her man to prove that she is clearly in a relationship and has no interest leaving him. Done :)

@@elluciano5808 Of-the-time heavy handed synths and over played bass turning a classic into a bit of a nightmare. Bascially, in an attempt to make it 'better' by doing more, it's obnoxious.
