1:20 Actually Arcane Odyssey (and world of magic) is made by the same person that made arcane adventures, Vetexgames. He made world of magic as a sequel to arcane adventures but he was unsatisfied with it so he decided to revamp it into arcane odyssey to make it feel more like the original game.
Ah okay okay, I definitely get it now, definitely my fault there since I never really checked what happened after Arcane Adventures during the time I was gone, super cool that the games are all connected though makes me wanna go check out World of Magic or maybe look up some of the stuff to kinda get a gist of what's going on
@@Blessgab Roblox made an update one day and completley fucked up the whole game quite literally nothing worked so vetex had to close it Until Arcane Reborn came along and remade the whole game with a whole different dev team which is the game you were talking about in the first minute of the video theyre not affiliated with vetex at all
@@Blessgab sadly, world of magic is no longer available. Like AA the dev decided to close and create AO. Rip you didn't get to play it though, i played it and it was super fun
I was a new player when attempting him, I made a promise I would solo every boss and I think it took like 20-30 tries 😭. There were many times where I was going to beat him but a new player hopped in so I left every time there was 2. I did it with the old axe, old dagger, and old trident because at the time I thought the old weapons would turn into steel weapons from upgrading since I was a new player and I didn’t realize I just had to find the weapons

That's so awesome, Arcane Adventures was a fun experience for me and I'm glad that I can re-experience that in a more updated setting, I think I'll continue making more AO content as I progress through the game and share my journey
yo man, before you reset, there's different builds in the game with unique advantages after awakening, like conjurer, it can imbue your magic into your weapons, warlocks, imbue your magic to fighting styles, mages, get a second magic after awakening, there's alot of builds of classes right now, just don't put any on vitality because it reduces your overall damage, and vitality builds are useless right now because spirit weapons are not out yet. Be sure to check out the trello and wiki for the builds man. Keep up the video! I loved it.
Fun fact: Arcane Odyssey was formally known as World of Magic, which was a more land based magic game, I suppose there is some lore about what happened to said lands, but I got a feeling those lands will come back in the future!
World of Magic takes place in Magius which I believe is in the 5th sea. The War Seas are on the opposite side of the Seven seas and is the place where Mount Olympus used to be.
@@Lord_Helix magius was what happened after the fallout from durzas civilisation ending blast occurred and most if not all of the islands reformed back into a single super continent so it might span across multiple oceans due to its sheer size.
1:26 no same dev vetexgames , your talking about arcane reborn, which is just arcane adventures but playable which was made by a different group , AO takes a month after the fight with prometheus in AA 3:00 fire is getting a buff since it was meant to be the jack of all trades element
Tbh this feels like a roblox version of “ assassin’s creed odyssey” It has the same last name too It’s also like aco(creed odyssey) in ways like the story, but in this game, no one cares about it and in aco that’s most of the game Another thing is this game has a lot of cut scenes unlike most other Roblox games I saw “ order” and immediately thought of the “cult of cosmos” from aco Little game remind me of aco That’s kinda my comment
I haven't played Assassins Creed Odyssey so I can't really comment on it (although I do have the game I believe so maybe I'll check it out at some point) I do agree with the previous comment that it feels a bit more like Black Flag with its pirate themes
Tip for creator: you can focus on one or two stat points to unlock an awakening later on and become atronger i personally reccomend being a conjourer magic and wepons
The Creator of AA is the Same of AO. Arcane Reborn is the remastered version that was made from another group. Arcane Odyssey was made from the original maker
Im so glad someone else played Arcane Adventures back in the day, however I didnt remember the name for quite some time. From one AO player to another, you WILL enjoy the game, with the updates coming out every few months and just the overall adventure and grind. Cant wait to see how you do in this game! only invest points into these things to become really strong and cool Anything in brackets happens in the late game Mage: only Magic stats (second magic) Beserker: only Strength stats (second fighting style) Warrior: only Weapons stats (increased dmg and cool effects and auras) Warlock: Magic + Strength (magic embued into your fighting style) Warlord: Strength + Weapons (use your fighting style with weapons) Conjurer: Magic + Weapons (Magic embued into your weapons)
Oh wow, thank you so much for the advice (and the extra info on fighting styles) definitely going to invest points into those stats and focus on either Warlock or Warlord once I reset since they sound the most fun to me
I heard that Arcane Reborn is pretty much a recreation of Arcane Adventures so there's that to check out if you want to experience what it was like! Arcane Odyssey is also here so you can hop on the Arcane journey :)
1:17 arcane adventures and arcane odyssey were both developed by vtexgames btw, and arcane odyssey is a continuation of the arcane adventures story I believe, kinda… I guess
If you fall into the sea while trying to get into your boat you should go to the side of your boat while in water then press space while your character is touching it
These bosses in this game is saner than arcane adventures and world of magic (the game arcane Odyssey was used to be called before game revamp) Arcane adventures was like "Hey you killed wizards equal to your power.... Here's a 500 HP boss who can choke you and one shot you" And world of magic bosses were the most advanced AIs that dodge ur attack and the moment you were vulnerable, they would burst their whole arsenal to your sorry butt
Lightning is actually one of the worse magics due to it's paralyzed effect since it does not work on bosses (or players since you can do barely 200 or over damage) and lightning is good with sunken sword or sailor style since they apply soaked or water if you're going mage
dark sea isnt out of balance its pretty much a randomly generated dungeon that you can get loot from but it's still wip you can still go there but not much is added

For the time you have been gone there have been a couple of sequels/ new versions to AA first arcane reborn (only one made by someone else) than world of magic, and now arcane odyssey which just dropped a month ago
Learning that now, heard of some of the other titles before but was totally unaware that they were all from the same dev and were sequels, I think I'll spend some time going over what I missed and maybe checking it out (if it's still up I kinda doubt it)
Since you seem to be confused on what happened to arcane adventures here’s the full story, so Arcane Adventures was taken off roblox because it wasn’t up to date with the roblox code or something thus making it unplayable so someone remastered the game and made arcane reborn which was basically arcane adventures remastered, then vetex (the creator of arcane adventures) made world of magic which he later revamped into arcane odyssey a few months ago
Arcane Adventures was dropped due to constant Roblox updates glitching and changing the way the game worked, and one update glitched the game entirely so the developers scrapped that project, and another group made arcane reborn which is arcane adventures but fixed, and later vetex (the developer of arcane adventures) decided to make world of magic but it was a flop and he didn't find the game fun for himself so years later he finally published arcane odyssey.

I feel sorry for the loss of Arcane Adventures but, welcome to Arcane Odyssey. Hope Arcane Odyssey doesn't go through the same thing. It worries me since I haven't finished the game.
The only reason AA stopped development is because of a massive roblox update that basically undid the entire game's code. Vetex didn't want to repeat everything he did before just to get back to square one so he started working on another game.
Thanks for the welcome! Following what the other comments said (and after me googling what happened) yeah I doubt another similar situation will occur but who knows, I'll enjoy it as much as I can while it's around that's for sure
also i hope you keep playing this game is genuenly so insane i have 20 hours of this and there are still islands and mechanics i havent done like its so huge and its only in early access

Arcane Odyssey is made by og developer(If Vetex is og developer for AA) You probably been thinking about Arcane Origins when you been talking about another team
Arcane adventures was fucked up by a roblox update then the dev abandoned it after roblox fixed the issue. There is actually a game called Arcane reborn that is essentially arcane adventures remade. Same quests, storyline, pretty much everything. It was made by a fan that was angry the original was abandoned, its actually atill being updated and there planning on adding mutation magics into the game.
The reason that Arcane Adventures got deleted is because it ran on an older version of the roblox engine and since it didn't get updated it got wiped from the websites surface. Same has happend with many many games
Arcane Odyssey and Arcane Adventures are in fact made by the same person if you didnt know and Arcane Odyssey is the Sequel to Arcane Adventures people say for some reason
I never played any of arcane/vetex's games except world of magic, which I didn't like as it got boring. I like arcane odyssey more as it offers different types of gameplay other than mage. I found warlock most fun so I stick to it.
