Ik this is very late but after finally getting to watch arcane am I the only one who think Finn was right in the end or am is that just my opinion I need someone else’s take on this
He's willing to let Piltover have full control over them as long as there's profit. His policies would have them give too much until they had nothing to bargain with to keep some semblance of independency.
Easily the worst character in the entire show & with horrible voice acting. That fake coughing was atrocious. Animation carried him heavy and he still was unbearable to watch.
actually the coughing was pretty spot on. when l air gets thick with whatever gas or poison silco was leaking he was have trouble breathing and hence the coughing. you’re still trying to breathe in but the air is thick catching in your throat and choking you
*FUN FACT:* Ionia is the 'Asia' of League, I.e. of Runaterra. Hence any asians in arcane are always either directly from or at least related to Ionia. Irelia my beloved, let's repopulate Ionia. *Also FUN FACT:* The chembarons of league's lore would have laughed at Silco's attempt to gas them and then either killed him or brainwashed him. *For ex:* Renata Glasc would crush Silco in this scene if she had been present.
