Gotta say the stance against caitlynns mom and Jayce´s mom is a little harsh. Cait´s was pretty much supporting her doughter´s friend, and when he pretty much pled guilty on his crimes she distanced herself from the "would be banished". Not saying it´s nice, but she didn´t say anything but "i think you´ve said enough". And jayce´s mom tried to save his blind pride. He royaly stepped into shit by saying what Heimer told him not to mention, sticking with him hard till he shot his food. Jayce´s feelings were totally valid though. Except the Jumping attempt, man that would have been THE biggest mistake. I think the show does a great job of showing how Grey everything is. Also Jinx´s music video is to this day such a bob. It makes me really wonder if they always had this level of backstory hidden behind her, and i´m pretty sure it set the standard of League´s Cinematic artstyle. Either way the Studio behind it 100% was heavily inspired by it, and i think that´s what makes it also great. I can´t say i hate a single Character in this genuinly.
I think Jayce's mom became one of my least favorite characters in this series because she tried to destroy her son's dreams and the light in his eyes. Yet, I can't help but feel a little sorry for her, knowing she's a mother and she did this to save her child from the worst punishment. This series is truly full of gray areas. I love how each character has their own unique personality. Even though some key parts of Jinx's story were pretty obvious from the beginning, I think Arcane expanded this story greatly. But if you watch Jinx's first cinematic, you can see her going to Piltover on a rocket. By the way, I really enjoy reading your long comments and discussing things with you.
