Hey all! Janna was another fun reaction. I thought her story was very fun and her skins are top tier. Wish Riot would incorporate her into more lore and add her to Arcane somehow. As always let me know your thoughts in the comments. Much love :).

Janna is another character that just straight-up got a remake in LoR. It is actually insane how many champions look so much better there than they do in the base game.

There is actually a reference to Janna in arcane. Episode 1 when Vi is talking to Powder on the roof, she says that some guy threw her favorite toy somewhere she couldn't reach, then she come every night "hoping maybe the wind or a bird might knock it down.". It's sooo subtle.

Actually, the song that released with her LoR reveal is her theme, since they didn't make themes to champions at the time of her release, this has become her theme through rework.

League of runaterra at some point began to rework old league champion to update their look and lore to more modern standards, campions that are still outdated in league like janna for example, so you can react to those. The ancient champions that got a complete rework (only) in LoR are Nidalee, Janna, Zilean, Master yi and Malphite.

janna is one champion who has is lore update by the LOR card game. they made her justice in there. in normal league she still have the same model and voice lines from 12 years ago

In my head, Janna is inspired by Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. She gives me similar vibe with the hair, and "wind is a theme" and also "The breath of god turns into wind" - with all the breath/wind voicelines. I'd love to see Lulu next! Else I recommend maybe trying to group the champs a bit (all of shurima, or all yordles, or all related to X champion, or all assassins or so) as it DOES get a bit hard to remember which ones were already done (there are a lot after all)

Fun fact (Janna was not mentiond in arcane but theres a scene where vi is with powder in the roof top and vi says some kid throw her bunny on the eletric cables and she always waited for the wind to take i down that refrencing janna)✌🏼🌬🌪

the spirits whe know in league of legends by now are: janna (wind), maokai ( tree), orn (magma) volibear (ligthing) anivia (snow), Ivern ( nature), lilia (dreams) and Kindred (dead). Karma use as is power source the Spirit of Ionia itself, but we dont know if is a singular spirit or just the coleective of spirits that live in ionia we also know about the seal sister( water) who is anivia and orn sister but only appear mentionen in lore ( udyr meet her in his new lore so we know she is still canon) - also the many Demons that exist in league world work are born in asimilar way but instead are born from human emotions rather than from Natural fenomenons ( fear, greed, happines, nigthmares, desire, etc)

Spirits and Spirit Gods aren't the same things. There are 30+ known spirit champions and much more spirit characters in Runeterra in general so I won't even list them cause it'll be long ah list, while known number of Spirit-Gods only 8: Anivia, Voli, Ornn, Janna, Kindred, Nagakabouros, Ildhaurg and Seal Sister. (And there were 1 more named Nabavelicus but Nilah has slain it).

@@Aaniel_al.Meara.i forgoth about nabavelicus. he just appear namen once in nilah lore only to say she already killed him XD i was thinking that maybe the other animal spirit of freljord also count since they have followers that workship them. like the bone elk, the iron board, the forst wolf etc
