you're the one who have to catch up i guess, in the final episode Jinx said herself "i thought sister would love me like you used to, eventhough i'm different". she said that she thought Vi still gonna love this Powder, the different Powder. they're was implicitly said that Powder and Jinx are now merged. they're one person. she also said "this is for the new us", implicitly means the different Powder and the different Vi (cuz Vi was also changed in time). you also can see that Powder still in there, from the sadness and despire on her Eyes. she shot the flare because there's still Powder, she dropped the gemstone and don't even care about that anymore for a moment when Vi hug her because there's still Powder. the point is, Jinx and Powder are one. they're always been and would always be.
