I used to be like you. I was in this for years before truly “waking up”. I meditated, did yoga, made spiritual videos, seen “Ra” and other “deities”, I even have an ankh tattoo. And let me tell you it’s all a deception bro. God was merciful to save me before death. The spiritual battle will be rough when you try getting out of these beliefs because you’ve given the enemy legal rights in your life. You’re unknowingly working for the devil rn (I was too), but push through. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. It don’t matter what color he was - HE’S GOD!!! (I was stuck on that too). It’s about what he came to do! Please turn away from all of this man, repent and ask God to reveal himself to you. I know it’s hard to hear this right now because I ignored the people who told me this when I was in these beliefs as well. But it took me getting to rock bottom to finally say I needed God. The Real True God - Jesus Christ. Some advice when you get sleep paralysis and nightmares: say Jesus and those demons will flee, those dreams will end. Tell disturbances (demons) to leave in Jesus name and watch what happens my brother.
