That’s not arcues. That was directly stated to be a fragment the real arceus LET you capture. We actually have no clue how strong he is. But after you beat him in legends arceus he says “I’ll give you a small fragment of my self” and joins your team. And it’s the same arcues you just beat. Implying you didn’t even beat him. He let you win.
I think the word "god" gets thrown a lot in anime. Arceus is quite literally a god in pokemon and is invincible due to typings. He is also a pokemon so idk
Arceus isn't just "a god" he's THE God. Everything in the entire pokemon multiverse was created by Arceus, like people tend to downplay how strong Arceus is by way too much

And arceus complete form would scales either 1000x higher or 1000 Cardinal layers higher depending on how you look at it. In other words, Arceus clears up to Gilgamesh but stops at Faa, who i guess mid-high diffs it, since it’s in the same tier and is basically a creator to them himself. And thats a level featherine reaches too, but she just has better feats.

For those who don't understand Arceus' power then I will explain it, Arceus created the whole Pokemon universe, no multiverse because there are different branches of the Pokemon franchise that can be seen as a multiverse and there are even hyperspaces, In Pokemon Arceus Legends there is a statement that Arceus is omnipresent and when we catch him in a game that is only an avatar of him. Arceus can also send people back in time as done in Legends Arceus, This overall makes True form Arceus multiversal with insane hacks such as omnipresence, time manipulation, probably infinite knowledge or all-knowing Ness, can copy any elemental ability, etc.

If you play PLA you will learn that arceus (true form) is absolutely omnipotent and all of the other arceus we see are just avatar, including the one you capture in the games. In conquest, you learn that it is omnipotent and keep in mind, cannonly Pokémon conquest is a crossover which means arceus is considered omnipotent in two different multiverses.
People forget that arceus is straight up a god not like some shit where you have a character title of god and their move the earth were talking about universe creator god and also universe destoryer.

And that form of Arceus we see is canonicly just an avatar.
I don't see Arceus exactly "clapping" the Akame Ga Kill verse and onwards. Yes, I can see him still running solo on them, but once you get past Demon Slayer, now it starts slowly getting a bit trickier over time.

Basically Arceus (debatably) created an entire Multiverse, see all the different worlds you can visit in USUM via Ultra Space, and depending on if the PMD World is another world or the future...its kinda unclear sometimes. So yeah, the video was correct up till Dragonball. Everything after DB is debatable at best, or outright false.
Here’s the Pokemon cosmology: One universe has ultra-space which is infinite, then that universe has infinite parallel universes which all have their own infinite ultra-space, now multiply all of that by two because the universe is split up into two main timelines, then multiply what I just described by infinity because there are an infinite number of universes that I just described
