In a video announcement featuring his uncle Eli Manning, the Texas quarterback confirmed his participation. Manning, ranked as the No. 2 prospect in the 2022 ESPN 300, aims to contribute despite being the backup to Quinn Ewers this season. His decision comes amid a wave of over 10,000 players opting in for the game, which includes a compensation package of $600 and a copy of the game. EA Sports plans to release the game on July 19, incorporating players' names, images, and likenesses under new rules.
