how reliable is 7/7 library effect? is it ignore physical defense for 1 second when it activates, or just a single damage tik? I was just wonder since gunslingers sometimes have many small numbers, meaning if it pocs on one of those it doesnt do much :(
It's increase 100k def pen and very short time activates, 0.5 second like? but It's activates to a many hit skill like Ceaseless Fire or Collateral Damage. and Archeage is even Unassailable, which is 1%, is activates very often. so It's activates more often than you think.
@@CleanAge thank you!! That sounds amazing haha. I was afraid if i attack a mob, only 1 target and 1 damage tik will have 100% defense pen. I think ill go 7/7 then on my gunslinger :D
so t3 lib is better than erenor for gunslinger? or have something that can be used in erenor that makes good for gunslinger like his erenor lunafrosts?
Unlike the melee class, backstab damage isn't always preferred, but It's used due to its has good hit range. For example, in raid PvP, each user has a different viewing direction, so sometimes it applies and sometimes it doesn't, but it's used to maximize damage. There's no information.
