What I like the most about the Rabea one is that it is sulked possibilities. It hands you presets that are so utterly drenched in sustain you'd usually completely disregard it at the stage when you are still fiddling with the AMP knobs. But they sound so beautiful that you go "damn I must find out how to use this effectively".
Thanks so much for this! I have the Rabea plugin, and this is a really great way to learn it. Great service from Neural! I have been very impressed with the customer service you provide. A real breath of fresh air, these days. I have never waited more than an hour or so, for a response from you. Thanks for this invaluable resource. I will be watching this again. I've already had several questions answered, from the halfway mark. Cheers, from America!
All Neural Dsp plugins are awesome but if they can add effects to amp pictures that will be more awesome. Example if we play at Rabea clean amp screws can turns or if we using Gojira rust amp that located on amp rock decoration can moves when we are playing with guitar. Amp arts are awesome but if they can dynamic and moving that will give more atractivity and excitement I think. Thank you for making awesome sounding and useful plugins.
I love this Plugin. I really would love to own a Cortex as I am in a new band and would love to be able to use the sounds I make in the music lab. Today I also just bought the Henson Plugin. Overload Synth + Multivoicer = Magic :)
So one of the best demonstrations of synth basics I’ve seen is part of a guitar demo? Huh. Just picked up this plugin…can’t see the synth translating easily to the QC in an X version, but hope to be proved wrong. It sounds fantastic!
Ok, you got my attention. I bought the Gojira last month and using it more than Amplitube. In the near future this will be my next one. I have Guitar Midi but it has tons of latency and limited sounds so the synthetic is perfect.
It's my understanding that the quad cortex doesn't contain any signature patches, but rather NeuralDSP's sound engines which were USED to create the signature sounds. Can anyone confirm that?
Not sure if we're following, but if you want to explain it more detail and have additional questions about QC please email support@neuraldsp.com and they will be able to provide you an answer. Thank you!
This plugin looks awesome. Does it have any whammy pedal type functionality? Would love to see more products like this creating more synth like sounds with a guitar. Anyone here using synth with low tunings? I’m a drop C guy but also own a 7 string. Hope they run a sale on their plugins at some point… would like to pickup this one and also the SLO
There seems to be a "hair structure" component to the current Archetype products (endorsees & demonstrators). As a shaven-headed guitarist I feel excluded from the team.
This isn't normal and there are a few things that can be causing that issue. Send us an email support@neuraldsp.com and we'll help get that sorted out!
Send us an email and we'll give you some tips on how to tame the synth. Support@neuraldsp.com, for some of our users it takes a little time with the synth to settle in. We always suggest trying the presets as well!
I have the same issue. You're right Neural should tell you before they sell the plugin that you have to be a PC tech. I just wanted to install it and play not mess about with the computer.
@@zakcasement when it comes to music and experimenting with the synth, it's all about patients. Do you expect to buy serum or vital or even a new instrument and just know exactly how to use it? No, it's about messing with it and learning how to use it
I'd buy the hell out of this right now if it were buyable. Their site was bent on doing all it could to thwart me when I went there. I signed up, but it would tell me my password didn't match twice...which it DID; and I tried over and again several times. My current impression of this dev is they have a very deep-seated phobia of customers' money.
