Probably the biggest flex imaginable is uploading with another musician’s archetype a couple minutes before they do and playing something equally as good
@@justindacosta3dyou’re right, but presets aside the Archetype is still Tim’s though, so not sure what you’re getting at. I was complimenting Manuel; they're both fantastic musicians and I think it's great that Manuel can use a plugin designed by one as amazing as Tim and still make something of equal quality while retaining his own sound.
@@julianpischler9378 Since he literally has his own set of presets in this plugin, we can safely assume he had a version of this well before it was released to the public, which is what he might still be using.
I don't think this music is good. I'm trying to feel it man. Some parts get to me but then it's all over with the following riff. I'm giving it a chance man. We'll see maybe I'll get into it more in the future.
@@chrisking6695what music are you into? you’re allowed to have your own opinion obviously, but i disagree. i personally think mgf is the most creative/ technical guitar player out there, and everything he makes gets instantly stuck in my head until he posts another video, but it is for sure not for everybody
I do miss the classic stuff though. I'm a millennial. I'm all for new stuff. But the riffs Hanson plays don't do anything for me. Maybe I'm too much of a metal guy (I love Jeff Loomis).
This sounds so good, the beginning was my favorite part though, the tone is insane - definitely would love more of that style that you had in the beginning of the video, so groovy!
There's ALOT of great guitarists on RU-vid. However, you seem to have something special in your sound, phrasing, playing. Anyhow, good stuff man. Cheers
Dude you should have way more than 75+ K followers. This was at one of the most thorough and entertaining videos I’ve watched in a long time keep it up this is fucking fire
I'm 40. I have good equipment but I seriously give up striving to get to, that level. I use tons of harmonics, sweeps, hammers on and off etc. unnecessary fifths and slides you know. the harmonics don't matter natural or pinch. I never became the rockstar that I just NEEDED to be @ 12. but I did eventually learn theory. There's alot more back story but that's kind of pointless since no one will actually read this comment. I pretty much just practice still everyday and only compose songs for my wife now. (She's my rhythm now after 10 yrs lol) I'm comfortable where I'm at. I don't need to dedicate my self to learning others music. It is what it is I guess.
Do it. You gotta believe. Push yourself and I know damn well you'd be able to do things you think you can't. This can be taken with a grain of salt but man lighting a fire under your as sounds like what you need man. Push yourself to learn what you think you can't. You'll forever regret it if you don't man
Seconding this. It sounds like you already have a great base routine set up (daily practice, songwriting), so why not set some tougher musical challenges for yourself and see how you do?
@@zachaluza3410 thanks. That gives more encouragement to still push ahead. It's tough with two children and transverse mylitis. Thanks for the boost my friend. 🤘🏽🖤🤘🏽
@@zachaluza3410 thank you zac and thanks for the positive words. Thank you for reading. Not many people lift each other with just an unbrideled compassion. Thank you again.
