@@hunk2140 any deck that takes out the defender early on can stop it quickly if they realize what’s happening or just figure the defender should be destroyed.
If you played tissaia on the left of the other cards you could have gotten patience to go off immediately. That's how she works for some reason, if she triggers after the patience cards and resets the orders the patience on the mages before her doesn't go off so you lost a fair amount of points there
This remind me that one deck in beta Swim came up with with letho and fringella (?) that abuses gold immunity to get like 200 points on the board with resiliences. Good times

I made a deck with heatwave , scorch, curse o corruption, vilg, lockdown, purify bombs, diviners, yenvo, banish, cahir , and i have won all 4 games i played against archgriffin lol because now everyone is using it I could probably use yrden and oneiro , maybe with menno and decree but i went all out
Both times you showed games where the opponent didn't deal with the defender. Really unrealistic examples if they're willing to let you sit comfortably behind that doing your own thing
Anyone can lose with a meme deck and we all understand what the lose cons would be ergo no reason to put them in the video since they’re blatantly obvious. Just enjoy the meme… it’s a meme.
Some decks don’t have ways of dealing with a defender, and even if they do, they also need to be running locks. A lot of them. But the point is you play Griffin after the opponent passes, when it can’t be locked anyway. The only card that really beats this deck is Curse, and how many decks are running that? Few. You can't yeetwave Erland if he has immunity and you usually go down two cards after the pass to buff your archgriffin. So, you might still lost to this even with yeetwave
I love bullying this memedeck on the ladder, faced it twice on rank 1 today and knew something was suspicious and got to heatwave their griffin round 2 both times
