When a new mall opens up in Riverdale, the town's teens couldn't be happier. The seemingly kind owner has given them each a card entitling them to buy whatever their hearts desire on credit but there is a price to pay for their purchases.
"I could see and hear but I couldn't move!" Holy shit! They were conscious the whole time and saw their friends walk right by them! That's actually kinda horrifying... O___o;

They're really down in the dumps knowing they can't buy anything they want without cash or credit cards.
Gianni Averichi a clever play on words for Johnny Average meaning the average everyday person. kinda showing how the average person gets taken in my money and buying things just for the sake of buying them. very clever episode.
whatever but it's true, think about it if Pops never showed up to give Jughead the last Burger he made, then Jughead would have eaten the food from the Mall and be trapped there with the others.
Music that when plays, erases certain memories and thoughts in teenagers. And a mall manager who wanted more and more. He sold his soul to get much more and now pays the price by capturing other souls by using flashy stuff.
There is always a guy who eats like a pig in every cartoon. In the Smurfs, it was that cake cooking smurf. In GI Joe, it was Cobra Commander. In Transformers, it was Starscream.
This show was around for 5-6 months. Sept 99 -Feb 2000. Man the writers could ve continued this show , but i guess all good things come to an end. In a little town called riverdale.

They only rescued like 6 or 7 people, yet their entire school was empty and all the other stores were going out of business for lack of customers. To me, that implies that most of the town was trapped in the mall. So then, why did so few people come out before it collapsed? Did the animators just not want to draw that many people?
Jughead saves the world again. First the library now the mall. Just because he enjoys the little things in life friends, & food. I guess. A hamburger a day chases the ghouls away.
I ❤ mysteries that take place in malls. They can be truly scary places. Especially if there's a sale, or around Christmas time when people are shopping at the last minute. Or during a zombie apocalypse.
if there was a mall like this, i would love to check it out. the mall that is in the town beside me is awesome. but seeing this mall, it makes it cooler then the mall here close to the town i live in. i would like a mall like that. sure it can be a little haunted but not like that haunted
I've searched for that episode for about 2 years. It was the only episode i remembered and i didnt remember the name of the show at all. (had to search horror cartoon shows to find it 😂😂😂)
Seriously, Archie...what do you see in Veronica Lodge? She's spoiled, self-absorbed, and even a bit egotistical. At least, Betty is smart, sweet, kind, and loving. Even Jughead secretly likes her. Jughead! You have a bad taste in women sometimes, man.
Archie or anyone should’ve found it weird that this guy has credit cards with their names already on it and he just met them he never saw them before .. a perfect weird mystery for Archie to investigate who this guy was
I remember reading a book in the "Bone Chillers" series about a shopping mall whose employees turned teenage shoppers into mannequins! I think they have pinched the idea here! XD
