The architectural design is beautiful attractive modern and comfortable in a classical way with contemporary design. Its a lovely design great for family living
This feels, looks and functions like the "Little Black Dress" -- classic, elegant, versatile. The treatment and use of the wood to blend with the landscape and age with it is an exquisite design aspect. Having a metal roof in order to make it low maintenance, cantilevered bunk beds, swimming pool that is also.a.reflecting pool, are all showstopper details that are breathtakingly refined in function meeting form. The human desire to make things permanent is.natural but there is nothing natural in permanence of form; all attempt to circumvent this is.folly. Wonderful architecture. Thank you.
Beautiful house perfect architecture congratulations to Architect Glenda and her office team .Linda casa arquitetura perfeita parabens a Arquiteta Glenda e sua equipe escritório
I love how they achieved this feel of a cabin in the woods for a fairly large house, a compound even. The wood siding, the views framed by the windows, the nature looking into the house - all of that creates this atmosphere of a small cabin in the woods, yet allows for a large, modern house inside.
Wow, hard to believe that this house went through a wildfire and survived as well as it did! I am just amazed at how good it looks. Perhaps the boards were already like that, or perhaps they were scorched a bit, but overall, it still looks wonderful.
The videos are usually so satisfying from this channel, but the soundscapes were off for this one. They were disconnected from the location, environment, etc., a bit too Texan, if that makes sense. I guess you can’t win them all. 🤷🏾♂️
The premises are already wrong. Architecture should start with how to dispose, reuse, recover, and NOT permanently, because nothing is permanent, especially buildings.
Sorry guys, this one’s a yawn. Prefer the Aussie and NZ architecture. American design is just so bland and uninspired in comparison. Not really sure why.
I agree… and I’m American. 😮 There’s something either sterile, over the top, copy cat, or soulless about the American projects in general, but there were elements of this home that I did enjoy seeing.
I adore this house… This could be the dream house my husband and I have been searching for! Can’t wait to reach out to this lovely Italian architect! Namaste
