He didn't actually isolate the tracks from the song, he just recreated them using a virtual drum plugin.

You can do it on your own with the opposite method they use for karaokes, which is a mono filter (substract left from right channel inverted). The voice is usually mastered centered without widening, unlike most of the other instruments.
