The county is throwing the baby out with the bath water. I agree with you to a degree they are comparing apple and oranges when it comes to housing shortage and short term rentals.

Hey Loren wait until you have a VRBO (short tern rental) next door to your house. 20 cars in the driveway, parties all night, trash etc. Short term rentals ruined our last neighborhood that is why we moved to Pagosa. Not sure if it is an argument about property rights or realtors pockets $$$. Let's invest in hotels and B&B's to keep our neighborhood clean. Go Pam Flowers!!!! Thank you for protecting our neighborhoods.

Thank you for your feedback. I live downtown. I actually have plenty of chaos around me. Sacrificing rights for your comforts is not something that be happening. And your money shaming is part of a limited mindset. Why should we invest in private hotels? The same capital in referring too is more than welcome to come add some great hotels.
