There are a huge amount of Fans out there. Some of the best are Arctic's P12 and F12 lineup. Now, let's take a look at Arctic's Bionix F120, a Gaming, colored, powered-up version of their F12 120mm Case fan. Thank you for this video my guy, great review. The bionix f120 were my first air flow case fans I purchased for my first pc build. They were like you said, Meh, they are ok but are very loud. I recently switched to scythe kaze flex 120 and 140mm fans for case air flow and what a world of difference they make especially at noise to performance levels. Keep up the great content man.

I use Bionix F120 as a pull fan on my be quiet Dark rock slim and I managed to reduce temperature on mine 5900x by more than 10 degrees on average. F120 works really quiet and I can hardly hear my system now unlike before when single be quiet fan was pretty much working at 100% all the time, and that rubber (TPU?) material seems to dump vibrations pretty well so I’m pretty happy with it and maybe you got a lemon for testing…

How do the Noctua nF-A12X25's compare to say, a P14 140mm from Arctic? I see on your noise vs. temperature graph that the Noctua's stomp all other 120mm fans, but was curious if 140MM fans would be competitive here?

Thanks! Well we use a Phanteks 500A case with 2 of these fans in the front and 1 in the back as exhaust. On a locked 3700x we have a be quiet dark rock with no fan installed so that we have an amplified result. Then we just hit the cpu and wait for the temps to settle.

@@STSYT Thanks for the fast response! This is exactly what I'm looking for! Recently I installed a Dark Rock4 and Ryzen 5800X in a Fractal Design case and want to upgrade the stock Fractal Dynamic X2 fans for some quieter ones without sacrificing temperatures. I was interested in the Silent Wings 3 but they just seem to be mediocre for their relativly high price.

@@redinho1994 You’re welcome! Allthough we have already finished our Silent Wings 3 review, it’s not released yet. But if I remember correctly, the benchmarks in this vid should already include them. And yes, the Silent Wings are -ok- though not the best when looking at their price. But these here are no champions either. If you wanna skip any rgb, your best options would be something like Noctua’s nf-a12x25, Cooler Master’s sf120m, or Arctic P12’s. Price-to-performance in mind, the P12’s are still the kings for now.

@@STSYT I finally bought the Silent Wings 3 (20€) and I'm very pleased with them, compared to the Fractal Design Dynamic X2. I had two Arctic P120 in my old computer and I didnt like the pitch, both of them made at ~1000rpm. The NF-A12x25 CB would have been nice, but unfortunatly also 50€ more expensive.

I love your reviews, but I find really difficult to see your charts. Maybe change the background colour and increase text size. I don't know if I'm the only one with that problem

Thanks! And noted! Since the last update I tried making everything bigger and more visible, but apparently that wasn't enough. The next few videos will still have the same design as this one, but I'll update it for any future ones :)

Hey i bought an F120 for my Liquid freezer 120mm cooler because the default i think F12 fan broke. it's very good fan !!! i should replace the other one too!!! But i mistook as later i discovered P120's is suitable for Liquid coolers. Never mind . i have a little better temps now !!!

i dont get the bottom lines? what are they even for. why does arctic even create them? The p12 are already bad in my opinion, but something worse than them? The argb 0db were insane and the bionix p12 which come with the esport duo are pretty good as well. better than the bequiet silent wings 3 i had.
