A game about your passion and sharing it with others. Blindsided by how much I loved this one. Catch the streams live at / skullvolver ! Edited by Nosaji! x.com/Nosaji_ Thumbnail and Art - meeeee :3
Didn't think a game about flipping eggs would make me ponder life and its inner workings, question the unconcious mind, gaze into the past and adknowledge whats lost, or what grounds we have to consider a task a life goal or not, or even if you COULD fry eggs on mount everest. Honestly, a great surreal game that does more then just be funny or make you confused.
Skullvolver has such a good OC design and the art for the PNGTuber goes so hard-- genuinely WAY above the rest of the pack and I wish that got more recognition.
Skullvolver: “I can’t think of a single time I’ve been unhappy playing this game.” Skullvolver when egg fall from pan: “I hate myself so fucking much.”
This shit is so wild to me like why does everything sound so asinine then suddenly out of nowhere is the most profound shit you've ever heard in your life.
I love it when other people appreciate such directionless art. It’s harder to follow and make sense out of, but that’s what makes it so delightful. And often the restless brain wonders it’s way into introspection.
I'm so happy that I was able to witness this channel being revived, as someone who can't watch twitch streams because of timezones and irl stuff. Thanks skull and nosaji, keep up the good work.
What a gorgeous damn game, these are exactly the kind of games I want more of. Something about it felt so homely in such an odd way, despite the setting being so cold and odd.
I've rewatched this video so many times in the past two days, it's honestly wild. I think this has become a new comfort video for me, it's really relaxing to see your brand of comedy mix with this game's absurd storytelling. Amazing video, amazing game!!
I love this game, the mechanics are so simple yet each one makes the mechanical challenge so much greater, it’s so close to Xavier renegade angel with the writing yet still remains coherent and entertaining.
That was an absolutely stellar game... wow... I don't know what to say... it was so weird yet so poignant... it made you think about life and art and work and respite... and then it hits you with something you didn't expect and grounds itself again... and you fry another egg... cooked on both sides. like always.
this some video essay type shit man, great video. just started popping into streams recently and these vids have been helping with my needs for skullvolver content, good shit man
this video has joined my archive for videos i need to rewatch every year. the highest honor i can bestow. it also has not been a year since i first watched this video
This video was crazy entertaining, you have a super cool vibe and should have more subs and views. Keep up this type of content and I'll stay a big fan
Highlights of the Video: - Skull dressed up as Rebecca from Cyberpunk Edgerunners - Every bit of dialogue (Some of the best writing I've seen in a game) - All of the game's eye-candy - The entire soundtrack slaps - Tony "MF" Soprano - Cruelty Squad reference(s) - All of the silly voices Skull does for each character - 22:58 | Skull trying to cook with inverted controls - 27:53 to 33:45 | The entire prison section (Probably the best part) - The ending is literally peak
This is my first video of watching you and I seriously love the character design you have and was about to look up the artist in the description to only discover that you made the art. Fucking cool dude, keep up the awesome work
Hell yeah! Funny skull guy finally uploading edited videos instead of _long ass VODs_ let's goooooooo! Streams and VODs just have way too much downtime for me, to the point that even mfs like you that are entertaining as hell can't keep my attention. The format as a whole is just too dry. So I'm hella pleased to see the stuff you do presented in a more digestible format. It's not like this is short either, it's just edited enough that the pace never drops so it can keep me invested for the entire run-time. This is basically exactly what I've been waiting to see from your channel, so if this is what I expect to see going forward I'm 100% subscribing now! ^v^
glad to see the dialogue about flamingos hit someone else like that. genuinely the most beautiful fucking thang i've read in a videogame that shit took me out for some reason
If it’s the sort of beeping noise, I believe it’s a sound effect from the No More Heroes series? I’m not sure for absolute certain but it sounds identical to it to me
Not sure if this is the right place to recommend games but if you liked this one I would love to see you checking out the Off-Peak City games by Cosmo D.
