Ardnamurchan Distillery has been operating for less than 10 years, but they've already attracted a lot of hype. Their whiskies are craft-presented and generally come in two varieties: the "AD" Signature release, and the single cask presentations, like this one. This whisky is 1 of 327 bottles of peated whisky matured in a Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, and it was bottled at 59.8% ...
That's just the a tiny bit of information available to us about this and the other Ardnamurchan release, due to their high level of transparency, as discussed in this video, in which I also taste and review this bottle.
