Hey man i have a Arduino Uno Wifi(D1 Board) and the Display. But when i try to upload the code it says "vrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0xa5"
Most likely you don't have selected correct board in "Tools > Board". For you it should be "Arduino Uno WiFi". Personaly i don't have Arduino Uno WiFi so I would recommend you to look into docs: docs.arduino.cc/retired/getting-started-guides/ArduinoUnoWiFi
