This video is helpful. When I input the passcode, the device makes that unlocking sound but the handle didn't still open the door (it didn't control the lock). What could be the problem?
Please help. I forgot the master code so I held the reset button and reset it and I set a new master code but the door will not unlock with the new master code
Who knows how to make this have passage mode? Bought this and cannot locate the manual. I tried pausing the video when he showed the manual but the I could not get a clear resolution.
firstly you need to set the current time, then you can set the passage mode by setting: {#master code#}+{15#}+{weekly schedule}+{#}+{begin time & ending time#}
With the lock in passage mode, how do I lock the door without having to then reprogram the entire passage mode string each time? I have not been able to get auto lock or unlock to function.
