"Jamie, find the name of the Black guy from the old Planet of the Apes and if his brother's still alive" ... has to be one of Jamie's best pulls in JRE history. It nearly resulted in me driving my car into a telephone pole 💀 *Tarantino episode
Not really terrors it’s a physical sport but not to the degree of MMA. And like a dozen guys got stripped from the last ibjjf for roids they’re starting to crack down
Hell yes they have juiced guys! The first time i saw some of these guys years ago, they were like 130-160 lbs wet... these guys are now competing at 185-215. Its ridiculous
I don't know these... what do you mean by wet? like turned on? does that have something to do with how much weigh because of testosterone? sorry my English isn't very good I need understand
@@mohibelahi2189 No. It's a slang used to exaggerate how light they are. When they say, "He's 75 pounds wet," they mean that he needs to be "soaking wet" in order to actually make 75 pounds. English can be difficult, good luck on your journey. 👍🏼
I was in the Vitor Belfort Camp for his Tank Abbot fight - Vitor was unbelievably JACKED. And he was only 19 at the time! He was about 230lb and it was all in his upper body - but Vitor still had chicken legs. Vitor's 'Strength Coach' was this HUGE Bodybuilder/Strongman, who died a few years later of a heart attack.
@@frankb5728 You're right - that guy was almost purple. Vitor shut his own natural testosterone down at too young an age - 18 years old. I wouldn't be surprised if it never recovered.
How not jacked does someone need to be for us to consider them drug free? Also, what do you do with types like Josh Barnett then? Its pointless to drug test based on looks unless you look like a greek god.
I worked for a company in the warehouse and I was the only one who didn't smoke pot or do harder drugs. We're using pallet jacks and forklifts on the regular so one day I asked the boss about drug testing. He told me he was afraid he'd lose everyone. 💀 True story
@@Pucksndeep6 I understand that. The subject is drug testing and my point is that the people in charge may have the same concerns. They may fear if they tested then the talent will get watered down & the spectacle may diminish along with the residuals 💰
If there is a “league” that admits to accepting chemical athletes, that’s fine. But it is not right to allow and hide the use of chemicals. That hursts legit athletes/competitions by setting an unrealistic bar. The public looks at a chemical athlete, then a natty, and the natty looks like they need to train harder.
We need one league for juicers (unrestricted) no testing, then weekly testing for natty leagues. Not sure if needed for semi, def for pro leagues. Mostly Cruz testing costs money
What's so weird is adcc is populated by a lot bjj practitioners, most of the people on the sauce are bjj artists. A discipline in which the practitioner by way of technique, strategy, tactics, and physical efficiency is suppose to neutralize a bigger and stronger opponent. This shows their lack of belief in their own discipline. I believe Marcelo Garcia was a clean fighter, he looked very natural, he wasn't built like a bodybuilder nor was he shredded to the extreme, he just looked like he did some bodyweight and kettlebell training and thats it. He used relative strength, mobility and flexibility as his physical tools to apply his Jiujitsu. That's a true artist of Jiujitsu.
ADCC has had this problem for years now. The only way to level out the playing field is to get on the juice as well. So naturally everyone now just expects that you are on gear. Until rigorous testing is implemented, it won’t ever change.
@seer775 What drugs does that work with? Most drugs I know, including tests, have metabolites that are detectable for well over a month. And test dates aren't known anymore because usada does randomized testing on athletes. Like jiri got randomly tested 74 times in 2022. He doesn't have time to taper off.
@@chancebockenstest5170 I know for weed it'll work but it has to be a cup test. Those cup tests really aren't about anything. You can stop smoking two weeks out from the test and water load your urine and it'll come back negative every time. All you'd have to do is take a few b12 vitamins behind it to make it look like it's not diluted.
Every bald guy with a beard who doesn’t look over 50 looks basically the exact same as one of my uncles and it’s really weird. They all also sound super alike to which adds to the weirdness
I think most sport should handle it like strongman. Get pretty strict medicals before the event to make sure those guys are fairly healthy and dont die on competition day, and let them do whatever they want. Overdo it to the point your liver is having a hard time and you cant compete.
@@Kahoku53 What are they lying about? Who is cheating? Cheating.... act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination. How is it cheating when everyone is using PEDS?
Probably all are achievable naturally lol people act like some people aren’t genetically blessed but like dude above ⬆️ said definitely not natural while training for his specific sport
The only reason why Gordon started taking roids is because he was being beaten by dudes on it. Without the roids he wouldn't have been as dominant. He also wouldn't have any tummy diarrhea issues if he was clean.
Dawg I don’t take roids am relatively healthy and I can shit through a screen door on the regular. He may have had issues before hand tbh. Edit***: correction. Never taken anabolics, I’ve have asthma, have since childhood, it’s exercise induced, but I still have always done, but spend a large portion of my early childhood to teens (8-24) on corticosteroids drinkable and inhalant. I at my worst had 70% lung function as a smoker(2-3 packs a day 18-23) and quit have 85-90, allergens get me. But my intestinal issue have persisted since 19 or 20. I’m almost 29. 5’11” 185 lbs a carpenter no issues otherwise. But after realizing made start thinking
The mainstream is all over tackling unrealistic body expectations for women… but we continue to promote and put on a pedestal these people that are clearly taking copious amounts of performance enhancers and destroying their long term health, attempting to pass this off the average man as what you should strive to be. I know so many young men who have fallen into depression or taken up steroids because they can’t become like these men naturally. We regularly create a terrible expectation for men that cannot be achieved and literally nobody cares
All pros should be able to juice! They are supposed to be the pinical! If everyone can do it then it's fair! We want to see them at their best! Their strongest! Faster recovery times!
Idk how they haven't banned it, it for sure gives an advantage and takes away from actual skill. Some of these less skilled juice monsters could get out of something they normally wouldn't be able to off pure strength instead of skill and better technique and that shouldn't be fair.
