Nice points Ben! I agree they will use a predominant amount of the existing artwork and IP MetaTwo bought with their $2,050,000 USD - Metazoo was working, it just got internally destroyed by the Three Stooges
When Pokemon Cards went from wizards of the Coast to the Pokemon company, the game play did not change…. So with metazoo having a whole new original game that changes things and can’t be compared to Pokemon.
MetaZoo was primarily an investor/collector TCG, very much like Pokemon however. Depending on the new player base, the pre-bankruptcy sealed booster boxes could definitely still have collectible value. I think most of the singles are basically worthless, but they were also worthless before the sale. 😅
